Please use the purchase order option for paying by check or money order.  The order form may be a bit  confusing since I wanted to give qty discounts.  On qtys of 5 or less there is a $3 S&H charge and taxes for Hawaii orders.  For qtys of 6 or more I'm eating the shipping and taxes so the price is $10 (easy to distribute).  Below is a summary of the prices. 

1                  DVD    $ 15 ea  plus   $3 S&H  plus   Taxes (HI orders only)       

 2                DVDs   $ 13 ea  plus   $3 S&H  plus   Taxes

3 to 5          DVDs  $ 12 ea  plus   $3 S&H   plus   Taxes

6 or More   DVDs  $10 ea         (I pay for S&H and Taxes) 

Qty of 6 or more - ignore the S&H/taxes on order summary -pay $10ea
